Founded in 1987 as a sales and service provider for materials handling equipment, Altegra Integrated Solutions is part of the Dunstall Holdings Group.

The Dunstall Holdings Group contains two business streams which are involved in agricultural and industrial applications. The Group has 9 different locations in the UK and with a turnover of over £100m employs over 240 people.

Altegra Integrated Solutions Limited has grown to become one of the UK's leading independently owned material handling equipment service providers, and also provides facilities management, training and hire to its customers with over 80 employees and 2 business centres located across the UK.

Purpose And Scope

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) will be responsible for securing & developing Key Accounts – circa machine fleets up to 150. Engaging into Service Level Agreements (SLA) negotiating specification, solution and proposals ensuring profitability of each account in line with company expectations. This is a Senior Sales role that is integral to our business.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis you will:

Targeting and focus on specific end-users (up to 150 fleet)

Providing bespoke tailored proposals to meet clients’ needs

Establish SLA terms and conditions – and working to them

Accountability for unit sales and profitability

Ensure long standing client relationships and secure incremental business through excellent service delivery

Provide accurate and timely reports to customers and Sales Director

Ability to forecast sales accurately

Maintain a high profile first class relationship with key suppliers/partners

Requirements For The Role

Qualifications and experienceMinimum of 5 years experience in the MHE industry.
Proven experience in dealing with larger fleet users.
Knowledge and technical skills
First class Microsoft skills including EXCEL and powerpoint.
Ability to produce bespoke corporate proposals.
Ability to supply all tyres of products including racking and Mezzanine floors, industrial doors, etc.
Other requirementsAttention to detail, right first time.
Self motivated, ability to deal with people at all levels.
Presentation skills are paramount.
